 Hi, I'm Jenny Wrobel.

I'm a development coach and learning architect based in Brooklyn, NY. My professional background spans experience design, organizational learning, knowledge management, and more  — built across eleven years of working with and inside global organizations, most recently leading growth initiatives for the learning and leadership development at Avanade, an 18,000 person Accenture and Microsoft company.

More recently, I became a certified Systemic Team Coaching Practitioner, currently completing my Advanced Team Coaching Certification with the International Coaching Federation. My approach to team services draws on systemic coaching, adult learning theory, and a practitioner's understanding of what it actually takes to shift behavior inside complex organizations.

My style is influenced by my master teachers,  including Peter Hawkins and Marcia Reynolds— whose thinking on teams, presence, and the conditions for human flourishing runs through everything I do.

Camino Capabilities is where that background meets the work I most want to do: helping mission-driven teams build the capacity to carry their own transformation — and helping individuals find the thinking they couldn't reach alone.
